What’s in Aptamil® Comfort?
Aptamil Comfort is nutritionally complete* and contains our blend of Galacto- and Fructo-oligosaccharides (GOS/FOS), reduced lactose, partially hydrolysed protein and a fat blend with beta- palmitate.
*Suitable as the sole source of nutriton from birth to 6 months or as part of a weaning diet from 6 months to 1 year.
What is colic?
As babies’ digestive systems are developing, they may experience an altered gut flora or reduced ability to digest lactose or protein. This discomfort may cause colic: intense & inconsolable crying episodes that last several hours with flushed face, clenched fists and legs pulled up to the chest.
What is constipation?
Constipation usually involves your baby passing abnormally delayed, infrequent, hard or dry stools, accompanied by pain and straining. You may also notice they have a poor appetite and a lack of energy.
