You have up to 7days for eligible items to make a return request after your order has been delivered. 

Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.

Place the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and drop off your item(s) to any of our branches.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 72 hours. You will be issued a voucher or your select item depending on your selected option.

Food items, Diapers, under garments, Body lotions/Oils, feeding sets and personal effects like nail clippers are not eligible for returns.

Clothes, toys, Car seats, Strollers and other accessories are eligible for return only within 7 days of purchase in case it was a wrong delivery in terms of colour, size, or it has a manufactural defect.

Gifts purchased from a Baby Registry can be returned within 10 days after receipt of the package.

Breast pumps and Feeding sets must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.

If your return is not a result of a Royal Mamas & Tots error, we won’t refund the original delivery fees.
